Richard and his team were great. He came over and helped review the best window shade products to fit an oversized window and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. His installation team was fantastic; professional and made sure the space remained clean from debris etc. I highly recommend working with LWP.

Very poor service. They installed our windows a few years ago and one of the windows needed new parts. They said they would have the service department call us and 2 months later we are still waiting for their call. Finally found another service and they were great. Would never used Lucky Window again.

They brought us books full of swatches and gave us a thorough and professional consultation - then measured the space effectively, coming back once when they realized there had been an issue. Delivery and installation went smoothly, very effective and did a great job cleaning up and being respectful of our space - and we are very very happy with the final results. Highly recommended!

Low quality windows. Very. Bought and installed by LWP. Drafty from first winter they were installed 5 years ago. One no longer even opens. Wish I would have gone with company who did front of the house. Truly regret the purchase.

That's how you speak to an unsatisfied customer? LET ME REMIND YOU, WE WERE STANDING IN MY BEDROOM AND THE BLINDS KEPT OPENING BY THEMSELVES!! And you apologized and said you will re-order me regular NO NAME BLINDS!! The Hunter Douglas Blinds malfunctioned. DO YOU REMEMBER NOW. And any fool would realize there was a price difference between Hunter Douglas blinds and Home Depot Blinds. But you ROBBED ME, LIKE A THIEF THAT YOU ARE!! I remember it perfectly. You should be apologizing NOW, instead of insulting me. I work hard for my money, not like you!!
